Payment information
- Assessment and therapy fees are payable at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
- Payment accepted by credit/debit card securely via Stripe.
- A cancellation fee equal to the full session cost applies for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice (without good reason and always at the discretion of the therapist).
- A travel charge of 45p per mile (standard HMRC approved rate) applies when the therapist needs to travel further than 10 miles.
* A standard session typically lasts between ½–1 hour depending on the needs of the person. If your child's needs require shorter or longer sessions, this will be discussed and agreed with your therapist.
** It is difficult to estimate the exact number of therapy sessions that will be necessary. It is our usual practice to offer a pre-agreed number of treatment sessions, with an opportunity to review options with you at the end of the period. You are free to withdraw from therapy at any time. Equally, if we feel that therapy is not being effective we will discuss this with you and may recommend changing the input or stopping. Therapy is generally effective but this cannot be guaranteed.
